I had a question about setting up the action, and customer support replied to my email within a few hours with some helpful tips. The guitar itself is excellent quality for the price point. Very happy with this purchase overall.

Got my new flauto traverso

So I finally decided to get a flauto traverso. Found one on Exitmusic. The website was easy to navigate, and checkout was simple enough. It came in good condition, no dents or anything. I've been practicing a lot with it. It feels good. Pretty happy with it, honestly.

Consistent good service

This was my third time ordering from Exitmusic. I got some new drumsticks and a few audio cables this time. Like before, the order process was smooth and shipping was fast. Everything arrived well-packed, and the quality is exactly what I expected. It's why I keep coming back for my gear.

Good experience overall

I bought a set of studio monitors from Exitmusic. The ordering process on their website was straightforward, and I appreciated the clear product descriptions. Delivery took about four business days, which was within their estimated window. The monitors arrived well-protected in their original box and an additional shipping box. I had a quick question about setting them up, and their customer service responded to my email within a few hours with helpful advice. The monitors themselves are excellent quality for the price. I've been using them for a few weeks now, and they sound fantastic. It was a good purchase and a positive experience all around.

Great value on monitor speakers

I was looking for new monitor da studio and found a good deal here. I signed up for the newsletter and got a 5% sconto primo ordine, which helped. The shipping was free since my order was over 199 euro. Felt like I got a really good value for my money. The monitors sound great. It was definitely worth buying from them.

Good quality cables

I ordered some cavi audio. They arrived quickly and seem well made. They worked perfectly with my setup. No issues with the order.

Decent purchase, one small thing

I ordered an electric bass and it arrived on time, about five days after I placed the order. The bass itself is really nice, well-packaged and plays well. The website was easy to navigate to find what I wanted. My only minor complaint is that the tracking information wasn't updated as frequently as I would have liked, so I wasn't always sure where the package was exactly. But in the end, it showed up fine. Good value for money.

Great value on a digital piano

I was looking for a new digital piano and Exitmusic had a great price on the model I wanted. I compared it with a few other stores, and with the free shipping offer they had at the time, it really felt like the best deal. The checkout was smooth, and it arrived in perfect condition. It's a big purchase, so finding a good discount made a huge difference. Definitely felt worth the money I spent.

Consistently reliable service

This was my third purchase from Exitmusic. I've bought pedali effetto and some bacchette per batteria before, and this time I got a nuovo ukulele. Every order has been accurate, and items always arrive well-packaged. Their shipping estimates are always pretty spot on, sometimes even a day early. It's why I keep coming back; I know what to expect.
